Hello people of Anandtech,
I am running a ViewSonic 22" P220f monitor and am having problems with the convergence only in the top-right hand corner of the screen. In convergence tests it reveals that the white lines split off into a red, green, and blue line, each about 1mm from the original. I have done alot of reading on monitors, and it appears that the only way to correct this problem is to adjust the magnets on the neck of the CRT. I'm afraid to do this because I also read that it is very easy to mess everything up by touching these magnets. Do any of you know how easy this would be to fix? I would get this repaired under warranty, but I bought the screen refurbished, and according to ViewSonic it's not covered. Just my luck. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. If any of you have any sort of technical documentation/white papers/schematics, I would really appreciate them.
