monitor drivers no where to be found!

i have an HP m70 (d5259a) 17in monitor. I am trying to find Windows XP drivers for it but i can't find it anywhere. i know default drivers are good enough, but when i had windows 98, i was able to run 1024x768 reso with 100Hz refresh rate. now after installing XP, it runs at 85Hz instead of 100Hz. i tried using the 98 drivers for XP but they just wont work. Can anyone tell me where i can get driver for this monitor? many thanks.
