Monitor Directory and Backup/Sync

Can anyone recommend some software that essentially monitors a directory and if files change it backups to a map networked drive?

This would be on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008.

Could always try SyncToy for a very simple approach, but you would have to create a task in windows task manager to automate the process. Otherwise you'd need to manually run it and check for changes.
 
Something I really like is FileBackupEX ... it does not monitor though, but you can set it to run daily. Maybe you could get them to add in hourly? It is still in beta.
