I have a Philips Brilliance 107 monitor on a SIS 620 video adapter. The monitor used to be on an old Cirrus logic 5434 video card. On the old computer it was running Linux. The new one is running Win98. The problem is the monitor has no onscreen controls. On the old computer there was a control to strech and move the position of the display. Now on the new computer there is a 1" boarder so there is wasted space. Is there any program that I can use to adjust this in windows?
