I'm worried about my monitor (MAG 786 PF) cause yesterday, after playing SIM City 3000, i've notied something like traces from the game picture on the monitor, which is noticable as different contrasts, and i;m worried if this could be solved or it's permanent (I pray God not to be permanent), so I would appretiate your help very much. Thanx forwardly.
 
You're operating your monitor with the contrast and brightness adjusted way too high. You run the risk of burning the image into the phosphors. There are several freeware monitor adjustment programs that can help you with this.
