Monitor colors not lining up?

I have a HP A4033A 20" monitor (5 BNC connector type) that the red is like 1mm off to the right of the other colors, it doesn't matter what vid card/computer I use or if I switch BNC cables, same thing.
I have played with all the front panel buttons but nothing will re-sync the red......any ideas?

your monitor have settings for "convergence"??? thats what would correct it

There are pentiometers inside the monitor casing that will allow you to further adjust convergence. But use that as a last resort as the risk of shock is great. The pentiometers are outside the faraday cage usually though.

Wheeee, yes!, there is a button that says "Conv" I assumed (me so smart) that it meant "Convex". I will go give that a shot.

Well, it worked pretty good, I just need to get a color crosshatch so I can fine tune it more. The IT guys at work (I am a CAD guy) had three of these and were just going to toss them out because they all have the same problem. I am going to see if I can weasel out at least one more.
