Monitor color problem

I have a Dell 1905FP which is about 2.5 years old. It's always worked like a champ. However, now there is a problem with an orange tinting all over the screen, almost like you're looking at it through sunglasses. I've adjusted all the color values, reset to factory defaults, updated the driver and nothing seems to help. I can still adjust colors from the monitor's controls, but the colors are always tinted weird. Its never done this before. I should add this monitor was just shipped to the US when I moved back to the US from overseas. Any ideas?

Try it on another computer and see if it does the same thing. It could be a video issue.
