If leaving the system on overnite, should I turn off the monitor or just leave it standby? Actually what should be aware of monitor care?

The monitor should be fine as long as your power settings are configured to have it in standby after like 30 mins. or so. I am not sure what "Actually should be aware of monitor care" means, but sure why not.

 
Mine goes to standby in 20 minutes, so I leave it "on" all the time and let the computer turn it off automatically to save power (and backlight life).
