monitor buying advice

since my old monitor just broke i need advice on buying a new one. i don't really know anything about monitors so i was wondering if anyone could tell me what i should look for. i want a regular crt monitor at 19 or 21 inches. if you could also give me some sites with good prices that would be great. thanks.
