I am facing a problem in starting my computer. When I switch ON the computer, the green light(POWER) goes ON followed by the red light(HDD), then followed by the CD Rom blinking light. After that only the green(POWER) lamp keeps glowing. Neither the monitor turns ON nor the keyboard. Please suggest what could have been the problem be.
 
Can you list the components in your system? Does the hard drive start to spin or can you hear any activity from the system?

Also, is this a new build or was the system running previously?
