Monitor as a TV without computer

I know there are scan converter boxes that allow VGA signals to be displayed on TVs, so I'm looking for a box that does the opposite - let my monitor act as a TV without the computer. Anyone know of a product like this?

Thanks, but what I'm looking for is a TV to VGA solution, the opposite of the standard scan converter.

This is not a commercially viable idea, therefore I do not think you will find what you are looking for. It would be better to trade the monitor for a cheap tv.
