My KDS VS-19sn (19" short neck) just lost it's horizontal drive a week before the three year warranty ran out (phew!!). They promise to replace it with something of equal or greater value and want to send me the KDS VS-190i.
I loved the short neck...sharp text, decent brightness, smallish footprint, etc. 0.25 DP (diagonal, not the horizontal crap you hear from marketing departments)
Any thoughts on the VS-190i? I'm going to search for some reviews now...
Looks like it might have a .27 dot pitch...yeeech. No BNC connectors like the vs-19sn....yeech.
All input appreciated, have to wrap this up in the next couple of days...

Edit: I should've mentioned...they're asking if the KDS 190i is "okay" as a replacement. I'm leaning towards no. It looks like KDS now uses the same "horizontal dot pitch" in their marketing...pity, they didn't a few years ago. Maybe I'll try to get them to send me an Avitron...
