Monitor adjustment question

Lost 2 monitors in one day. made emergency purchase of a CTX PL-9 (19&quot and can't get it adjusted right. The display isn't as tall on the right as the left. It seems I need a sideways trapezoid adjustment but there isn't one. Am I just missing how to do this with a combo of the other adjustments or is it just time to take it back? TIA.

Maybe the monitor doesn't have the adjustment?

Btw, i'm curious.. how'd u trash 2 monitors in one day? I'm beginning to think your Vidcard is the culprit.

They were on two separate computers. One Monitor was the POS 21" Nokia refurb from Buy.com (already on its way back for good, I don't want another). The second was a 2 year old Princeton 19". Just bad luck. I still need a 19" or bigger replacement for the 21". Until then my son's PC is using an ancient 14" NEC 3GA. The first multisync monitor, I think. Its well over 10 years old!!!
