Monitor Access to files by Application?!?!

Hey AT,

I need to know if there is a way to see what application is accessing specific files.

I'm having a problem with a file not allowing me to delete it from command line
in W2K Server and I can't figure out which application is accessing it.

I have been doing searches for utilities, but so far haven't come up with one.

What is the name of the utility? It might be helpful for the rest of us

The utility I found is called Filemon.

I'd like a better one though, but haven't found another one yet.

As far as I know, lsof (LiSt Open Files) is available in windows ported form from unix.
