Mongongo Nuts?

I am curious if anyone knows of a place to buy these. They are a staple of the !Kung! bushmen in Africa - they are apparently very hardy, and extremely healthy nuts. I am curious if any companies sell them.

Any ideas?

I don't know, but they sound funny. You might want to try some hemp nuts too.
