How do ppl get real money over virtual MMORPGs?

Also,which sites allow you to interact with webmasters , do work like flash,photshop,3ds max etc,handle projects etc in return for real money,say 100$ / month or 5$/hr etc?

pls give ame of books,ebooks,tutorials,web sites etc.

People get money from MMORPGs by getting lots of kit or good characters and selling them on ebay.

To "do work like flash,photshop,3ds max etc,handle projects etc in return for real money" you will require what is commonly referred to as a "job".

There are sites where you can handle projects for web master,software,programming etc and they pay you,amybe only 100,200USD or so.
i myself have come across such a site-maybe,don't remember then name
a scholl mate made abt 100$ and another maybe >200$.

also,tell how to earn 1000$/yr through MMORPG and these software,internet etc legally
