First time I am dealing with Money Orders. So tell me

It has the amount printed on it.

Then it says

To THE ORDER OF ____________________________________________ SIGNATURE____________________
SENDERS NAME AND ADDRESS_____________________________________PURCHASER SIGN_______________

I sign twice?

To The Order Of: put the receiver's name here (person to whom you are sending it). If there is a spot for receiver's address, put that as well.

Signature: leave this blank, the receiver will sign here to endorse it.

Sender's Name and Address: put your name and address here - it's not always required, but it's a good idea, and (for USPS MOs), it is the only way you can file a claim if it goes missing/stolen.

Purchaser Sign Here: you sign this spot - again, for USPS MO, it's a requirement for recovery purposes.

Edit: for clarity...
