If I sign up for a years subscription and the speed DOESN"T increase, can I get my money back witihin a set period of time? I always swore I would never pay for content on any website, but with the recent slowdowns, I need the speed, and it seems I will need to subscribe to get it. Zuni said they were adding a server, is this for FUTURE processing needs or are they playing catch up?

Paying for content? Huh? You dont pay for content you pay for speed. Quite a difference in my opinion. Anyhow, the subscriber server was a little slow for me before they added the extra server, but it was not as slow as the servers were before I subscribed. Overall I dont think it was catchup, but mostly for future expansion. Just my thoughts on the subject.

I think (don't quote me on this) that there are no refunds...?

Not sure, but I think you'll be happy as a subscriber should that be the route you choose. I subscribe and it was certainly worth it.

No, there is no money back guarantee. Since speed of access can be affected by many different issues outside of AnandTech's control, that is not a feasible idea.
