Why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam! I swear to God one of these days I'm just going to kick this piece of sh!t out of the window.
 
It was my turn to get the bagels this morning, AND I had to drop my sister off at the airport, so I had to leave at 6:30 AM this morning in order to make it to the airport and work on time. Then I had the brilliant idea of putting the bagels in our work kitchen oven to keep them warm under the broiler, and proceeded to set all 6 bagels (2 original, 2 sesame, 1 poppyseed, 1 seasonal pumpkin from Einstein Bros.) ablaze and had to use the extinguisher (sadly no pics, hilarious sight though!!!)

I'm gonna be catchin' a lotta flak for this mishap over the next 2-3 weeks...
 
...the power goes off on one of the sites, and the backup generator doesn't come on. The power is restored an hour and a quarter later, the UPSes were just about to give up.

They then check the generator power, which causes the power to flicker on/off 2-3 times, causing your router that talks between that and another site to lose it's routing table, which means that IPX traffic won't route between sites, causing havoc for your users that are at another site today trying to access their files.

Added to that, the power going off/on/off/on blows the power supply in one of your DECserver's, which knocks out 12 users and 4 printers in the middle of the site while you have to dig around for an old power supply.


That's from about 10am til 2.30pm that that happened. I call that a sucky Monday.

Hmm... lately, I found myself doing this kinda dumd shiet... Instead of typing IT'S KINDA SUX, some how it came out as IT CAN OF SUX... what the hell is wrong with me?

Pfffffffffffffft. I have a 5 week old daughter. You know nothing of real sleep deprivation. 😛
