I always find it odd how hard it is to get up the motivation to actually plow through all the work I need to do on Monday mornings. It's gotten worse iwth my gaining of experience and a bit of seniority

meh... just sayin
 
I find it best to ensure you do everything you can to not have much work to do Monday. because it just never gets done.
