Not to mention this little tidbit:
Due to AMD Price Drops, All Combos Will Start Shipping Next Week
This had been talked about and beaten to death on all the hot deal sites. Yes, it's nice that are reflecting the AMD price drop, but no need to honestly consider it a hot deal since the stuff won't ship until after the price drop. If the stuff shipped NOW, then it would indeed be a hot deal.

That's exactly what I was thinking... not to mention, maybe next week it will be a lot cheaper elsewhere, like newegg for example. I'd rather wait until Monday to start ordering...

Don't count on it... there will be HUGE delays and back orders come next week and there is not going to be any lower costs. That is why I got mine already. I will be enjoying mine while all those who think waiting till next week will save them money will be angry about delays. :D

Unless you're one of those who are planning to upgrade but can wait a week or two...or three. Many looking to buy the cheaper AMD CPU's are upgraders. Those looking to buy completely new systems, or at least a mobo + CPU + RAM upgrade are better off going with the new Conroes. Though I'm of the opinion the Conroes will be in very short supply for at least two months.

What about the 65W or 35W AM2 chips? All the ones listed appear to be the full-power versions.
