MonarchComputer Opteron 146 (939) Question

So i need some help, im trying to pick up a good process for a comp im building for a friend and the opteron 146's are cheaper then 3500+ so they seem like a good option. Im not planning on ocing it and just want a good sub $200 processor. Now on to the question. Monarch has 2 listings for the 146 (939) and they seem the same but the price for the oem is more and they are OOS? Any help would be great.

Thanks ordered one also. Strange when I just went directly to M's website and searched for Opteron 146 939 it came up with totally different prices, much higher over $200 for retail box.....so I came back to the links provided above and got different prices all together Over $50 less......strange.
 
I ordered a 148 from Monarch yesterday $230 bucks for a retail box, I am excited, finally gonna replace my 3200 winchester.

They shipped out a few 146's today. They are shipping more out on Monday.
 
I ordered my 146 earlier today from TG. There is eta info there, just have to look. The Tankguys are the very best when divulging ETA info. If they don't know when they are getting something it is because their distributor has not given them the necessary info. TG service is A+.
