It took a while - ordered on July 27.

It arrived today, very, very well packaged with double boxing and lots of sizable foam to keep it well cushioned.

Opened it up to check for loose parts and it was all good. they did a great job of wire management. The Antec 480 Neopower helps also!

I might have badmouthed them a bit for poor order status but the end result is an excellent workstation well assembled.

I recommend MonarchComputer for all my friends!

1: I normally have extra parts of everything on hand.
2: I don't have to wait to get something fixed
3: I get to break things if I don't like it
4: I get to make purchase decisions. :)

I've purchased five or so SFFs from Monarch, all custom Hornet P4 builds.

Generally, I've been happy with the quality. There are some niggling details that they screw up on (CPU temp and System temp LCDs aren't the in same position on all boxes, ditto for working USB ports), and they could do with a little more "shake before ship" testing (I've had to fix heatsinks and cold cathodes that came loose). None of these are show-stoppers, obviously, although the heatsink was a bit of trouble to diagnose, since I'm not a Pentium4 kinda guy. Wiring was excellent, though - nothing's hanging around in mid-air stretched across the case or anything.

Their customer service is kinda so-so - it seems like they either get back to you really quick, or you have to harass them over and over. Not the worst, but not the best.

Tip: don't bother with the lighted case feet - they're quite underwhelming in person unless you're in total darkness. Cold cathodes are a better buy for impressiveness, when using clear sides, anyways.
