we already have a family play.

and to add the new line, would it just be 9.99 as well?
 
Why would you add a new line or extend/add service service? Get the old sim card cancelled and transfer the # to a new sim and put it in an unlocked phone. Newegg, tigerdirect, amazon etc.. all sell them
