Mom lost her Windows XP password ... how can I retrieve it ??

She has 2 accounts on here PC

Hers and one called Family ... hers is password protected, Family is not

Family has limited access, I cant seem to do anything from there

I dont wish to reload her PC but get rid of the password protection

If it's XP home edition, then all you have to do is to boot into Safe Mode. Log into the Administrator account and you can then delete her password. If it's XP Pro, let us know.
