Mom forgot Hotmail password.

I went to the reset password form and her Secret Question is: "Secret Question"

She knows nothing about computers and I wasn't with her when she set it up. SOmehow her Saved Passwords got deleted and she doesn't remember her password.

We tried a few Secret Question answers, but they were wrong and the account is locked. Now I can only send a password reset email to her email address (which we can't access).

Is she screwed? I don't think Hotmail support will believe the story, because anyone could say that and unlock anyone's account.

Unless she has a MSN account, I'd say she's screwed. If you're bad w/ passwords, you should've wrote the pw on a post-in and stick it on the monitor.
