Molex to PCI-e adapter safe?

I have heard of people having problems using these adapters but never anyon I know personally or credibly. Could someone tell me if a molex to 6 pin PCI-e adapter is safe for a Sapphire x1900GT rev. 2?
 
Thant's the other problem I have a Rosewill with dual 20Amp rails. Can't find the req. for this card though.

Now I just need to find an adapter 🙁
