Molex CPU Coolers

Does anyone have any experience with Molex heat sinks? I've been looking at a Molex 37165, but I'm not sure if it works with an XP. I'll be using an Athlon XP 1600+. Any thoughts?

Never mind. I gave up on the Molex and bought an Alpha 8045 after reading the rave reviews here. Just hope I don't destroy my CPU core.

With the alpha 8045 and its instruction sheet, it would be hard to destroy your chip, motherboard, or your fingers.
