molex connector near agp slot?

I'm working on this soyo dragon plus mobo KT333. it's got a molex power connector near agp slot. it's an older mother board, I'm just curious wtf this thing is for. the online manual i found didnt even have the connector thing. it's an IN not an OUT

It's only necessary to use that 4 pin molex input if you are using an AGP Pro card.
