Cetaphil is the best I've tried for both.

32oz can be bought at costco for about $14. Not cheap but very worth it imo.

Vaseline Intensive Care. moisturizes well, and absorbs into skin fairly quickly.

yeah, well I use that cetaphil facial soap for my acne, but don't they also make some kind of lotion?
