Moisture paper that turns red when exposed to water?

Its stuff they put in devices sometimes and if they're red you know they were exposed to water/moisture.

I don't know what it's called. It's not litmus paper i think because that stuff tests for acidity. This just tests for moisture/water.

Cobalt-chloride is the most common ones, you can find them in most hardware stores in the US. Over in Europe I'm pretty sure they outlawed them for causing cancer or something stupid like that, but they make cobalt-free ones now.
