i rock one, but the sides arent bald short. i just dont gel it up except for the weekends. people at work are used to it now.

never seen it pulled off at any of my jobs, and theyve all been pretty loose about that kind of stuff...

I know a girl who usually lets her mohawk hang loose off to one side so it looks pretty respectable and normal, except that one side of her head is bald. Not to mention all the tattoos and piercings she has, but that's another story.

That wouldn't work for a guy anyway.

Does too.

Could you just brush the hair back and use product to keep it in place? I don't really know, I have never had a mohawk.

If you worked construction, you could just get one of these instead of actually cutting your hair. Multi-purpose too!

For some reason, I don't see that being allowed on any real construction job.

MAYBE on a housing tract type of job, but even the cowboy-style construction hats are banned on most "real" construction jobs. (not enough deflection for falling objects)

Can't find any pictures of her with that haircut. I'll see what I can do.

Does not! 😛

I've seen quite a few, both guys and girls, with mohawks - but without the mohawk gelled up. It looks sooooo weird. Half a bald head, half a sloppy long hair mess. Hell, one random guy I saw, if not for the half/nearly bald head, actually looked like a girl when I saw him while driving around. The hair was majestic 😱 if not for seeing that the hair was only on one side at the same time. Well, I think it was a guy, or a skinny girl, never did see the whole body, just a head from his/her car.

I would actually rather them, whenever in public, always have the mohawk. Rocking the one side freakish long hair, other side bald, with more bald underneath the long hair. It disturbs me. 😛

I miss the days of having a mohawk - I'm Chinese so I have really thick and straight hair, it'd look awesome even without product in it. Sadly, neither marketing, auto show, or my current job will let me go back to it. Boo.

split it down the middle, comb to the sides, and tuck each side behind your ear. this requires a really long mohawk, at least 10 inches in the fonrt, and about half as much in the back...
