MOH: Spearhead medals

How many medals are to be found in the MOH: Spearhead expansion? I went to my medal case after finishing and I have 4 medals but there are space for 6.
The two upper left and right slots are empty. Are there medals to be put in there and if so, how do you get them? I checked out gamefaqs and didn't find any answers there.
 
A medal is awarded for the completion of each difficulty level in the expansion. This holds the same with the original game.
 
Thanx, I should have remembered that. Last time with MOH: AA I just had to change the difficulty and then reload a save before the end I believe and then I was able to finish and get the medals.
