multiplayer is about the only thing i'm enjoying right now. not sure why you are lagging so much, or having problems getting on. is it possible the 8/10 servers have 2 reserved spots?
edit: apparently they are having server browser issues and are working on it.

How many games have EA/DICE put out now and they still can't make the server browser work on release? BC2 is the last DICE game I'll ever buy and I shouldn't have even bought that.
So how's the SP then?![]()
The hit detection is so good that people can shoot about 30 feet to your side and still kill you. That's what pisses me off about the game. 1 hit snipers anywhere on the body are also quite frustrating.
Just finished the SP campaign.
The game is ridiculously short; I mean, like barely over 4 hours for the SP campaign.
The MP sucked donkey balls (servers) so I just started playing SP. I'm going to try MP this weekend again.
I feel like I've been bent over and totally ripped off by EA / Danger Close / DICE.
Piss be upon them!![]()
major gaming site reviews can't be trusted anymore...
i mean look at civ5, metacritic score is like 90 but it's total trash and a biggest waste of money ever.
i don't honestly get the ones who like the game. i've been a civ addict since civ1 and civ5 is the first game in the series i can't bring myself to play. and to think they had the audacity to charge $10 for the babylon civ... aargh
I like MoH, but at the same time it's also frustrating. I like the gameplay style; simple warfare. I don't need all the perks, killstreaks, gadgets, ac130's, nukes, etc. I just want to play the game as a soldier.
I like the maps; smaller than BC2 but bigger than MW2. The detail is great and most are sniper friendly, and that just adds to the intensity. You simply CAN NOT run and gun in this game. You have to check your corners.
But then there are those "wtf" moments. Being killed by an emeny I opened up on first. Those kill shots that come out of nowhere. Being killed behind solid surfaces.
Seeing how it's just released, we have to imagine that there are going to be patches to address some of the issues. So, imo, I felt it's worth it. For me, it's not about it costing $60. It's about how much I'll play it.
I still play BC2 more, but the maps are well beyond stale. I was ready for some variant, and MoH offers that.
