Modstream pulling air in/air out?

I just got my Modstream today (SWEET!!!) but I realized that it only has one fan on the bottom of the PSU and no fan in the back. I'm assuming that this is drawing air in and blowing down on the CPU. But Right on the Modstream, in my case, I am going to have 1 - 2 80mm fans as exhausts. If the Modstream is pushing air in, but the 80mm fans underneath are pulling air out, won't that defeat the purpose of cooling?
 
The Modstream is sucking air (in from case) and expelling it out the rear. You'll have good airflow. 🙂
