So the other night I was charging my Motorola e815 while listening to a mp3 I just uploaded to it. The song stopped halfway through and the phone started power cycling by itself. I turned it off and back on but only boots to this bootloader screen. There was no way I could get out of it.
I took it into a Verizon store last night and they replaced it free under warranty I assume. I'm sure this replacement is a refurbished one but could the first phone I got when I signed up with them really new? It had a sticker to seal it and some terms and conditions on it but nothing like an official seal saying that it's new from the manufacturer. Could this phone very well be a refurbished one but put in a nice little box unlike the second one that came in a plain cardboard box?
