You shook on that agreement for that price. IMO its too petty to back out or alter the terms after the fact, especially if you're not losing money on the sale.

I mean, in a business environment I would agree but this guy started low balling the op right out of the gate and the "agreement" was performed without him being able to do much research. Well, it seems this is a clear-cut case of a breach of contract of a verbal agreement after doing a little research. I'm losing too much sleep over this. I have contacted the guy via e-mail stating my agreement to uphold the offer while stating my inexperience with this form of agreement
