Mods, please help, my girlfriend can no longer log in with her username...

Hi mods, my girlfriend mahpoh hasn't been able to log in recently. She's certain that she enters her password correctly. To make matters worse, she couldn't use the "forgot password" feature either because the email account she used no longer exists. We'll change the email address in the profile once she can log in again.

What can we do now?

Our files show she is not banned by user name, email address or the IP addresses she has used. Was she trying to post while logged onto AOL? All AOL IP addresses are banned. This also includes addresses they share with CompuServe, so the same thing could have happened if she was logged onot CS.

Edit: Thanks mod! problem's solved!! it was a misunderstanding.. but all is well now..

She might want to email the mods with her username, email addy, and all other important info.

Also, have her double check small things like make sure her caps lock isn't on, etc.
