A small company has a price mistake on thier site and people are ordering and saying if they dont honor it they should leave negative ratings. That just aint right. The thread should be locked and appropriate action taken please.
 
oh well, the company should think itself lucky that it ain't an Australian company...under the guidelines of the Department of Fair Trading they would have to honour the price or suffer massive fines and possible closure.
with that said...wouldn't it have been easier to just fix the price instead of posting a banner stating that due to incorrect pricing, orders may be cancelled?
 
They fixed the price. It is now $162.00

I don't blame them for the banner. It is total CYA action. They dont wanna get stuck with having to honor all the orders from the opportunist who tried to get over.
