Mods.. Need help replying to a thread

I'm trying to reply to a thread and keep getting an error. Maybe a moderator can check it out and see what's up with this thread and why it gives you (me) an error when I try to reply to it.

The thread is for the Philips burner in the deals forums here.

TheBlindMan posted the simple solution here. Basically you HAVE to choose a silly icon (below) before replying to the thread. I just choose the standard white page icon and it WORKS!
