mods: can I ask why notfred isnt elite?

yeah...I know he is a punk...but he runs a free pic hosting service..answers questions intelligently...and is one of the nicest people on here....if not elite..maybe cpt. neffer status?

I agree. If I may speak freely, I think that there are some people here who should be elite members but aren't, and some who are who shouldn't be.

I think that notfred should at least be on the list of candidates.
