Modify all emements of key EnableUlps to 0 in registry?

Can anyone give me any pointers or which lanuage would be good to accomplish this task. Essentially, after every drivers install I want to make all instances of EnableUlps 0 in the registry. It would be nice to write a script or program to accomplish this. Ultimately I'd like to keep it as simple as possible, so maybe script?

Ideas? Websites? Pointers?
