modified sharing of Outlook Data - how?

At the moment I have imported my Outlook Calender into my wife's account so that she has access to it and we can track appointments etc.
however it seems this needs her to have an Admin account too.
If I change her account to Limited she can no longer access my Calender in her Outlook.

Apparantly I can "share" my pst file with "all users" by putting it into the "shared docs" folder.

BUT I don't want to share it with all other users, just 1. Anyone help me out about how to do this?

thank you but this is a home Pc with no Exchange server.
We have exchange at work and setting up per-user profiling is really easy.
At home I can only see the following possible solutions, none of this is ideal:
#1 maintain hers as an Admin account
#2 share my outlook data with all users on the pc by moving the pst to the shared documents folder.
