Modifications to PayPal's User Agreement?

I got an E-mail saying the user agreement was changing, anyone read the fine print and know what is changing? It gives you 60 days to agree to it!
 
im not one of those people that spends all day looking for reposts so i can shout at people, and thats not what im doing now, but here is a thread where they are already talking about what you are asking
