Dear Sara:
Hello, I happen to be taking a class with you this semester and I do have something I need to make known. I have often been distracted from the classroom lecture by your appearance because I feel you are sometimes dressed immodestly and occasionally behave in ways that have the effect of causing me (and I assume other men as well) temptation.
I am certain this is not the first time you have been told that you are an attractive woman, but dressing in ways that often put emphasis on your body (often tight, with visible panties-lines) are not the right way to present yourself in an educational situation. I am not proud of it, but I do have a weakness for women who act in the ways I just described. I just want to ask you to be more considerate in your behavior. I hope you are not intending to cause me temptation, but whether or not, please consider dressing and acting more modestly for everyone's sake.
Sincerely,
Keith
