I call bullshit on that site. Moving expenses are too much? Then don't move? Learn to budget. Adults who are responsible with their money should learn to allocate funds and not go above and beyond that. Let them suffer. People asking for handouts such as that will not learn what responsibility is. That person has also asked for help via that website before.
