Question Modern Warfare - micro stuttering

Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm having issues with micro stuttering in Modern Warfare. If anyone has some suggestions they would be much appreciated!

My PC:
GTX 1070 Ti
Intel Core i5 9400F
ASRock H310CM-HDV/M.2
16GB 2666Mhz RAM
Corsair CX600
HDD 1TB + 240GB SSD

Perhaps I’m blind this morning, but I don’t see any graph of cram rates and frametimes (the latter being the most important).

I decided to reinstall my windows11 and reinstall the game, now everything works fine.
I'm not sure what caused the stuttering, but now gpu usage is typically in the upper 90% range.
