Can anybody say which would be the best offering for a "Ultrabook aka Nettop" with multi processing technology , OR a Netbook or Netbookish size laptop
Have got 1 of the Dell Netbooks from 4 yrs ago except as most of the bright people on here know of the atom limitations & 1 Gb Xsoft restriction

Would ideally want low power that can switch processess in & out in a instant & have low energy use
Anything from AMD ,Arm Intel Samsung or any other player in the out there at the moment

If you need one absolutely right now, x230.
If you can wait a little, get it's haswell successor, probably x240.
12.5" screen, is tiny formfactor.

i think dell just released a 12 or 14 inch laptop series with i3 starting at $400. thats what i would get, way better than a netbook. heres what i would get:

new acer models.

asus model.

I have seen the Asus model in store at best buy and it looks very attractive. It has an ulv i3 so performance should be decent.

If I had not just bought a tablet I would have seriously considered it, and actually would much prefer it, since I am seriously unsatisfied with the tablet.
