"Modern" GPUs, with only 6-pin power connectors?

What are available with 6-pin? GTX 1650? Anything higher, like a GTX 1660ti or RTX 2060? Or do both of them require a minimum of a 6+2/8-pin PCI-E power connector?

For some reason, despite GTX 1660 Ti using at best 120W of power, all of GTX 1660 Ti models use 8 pin connectors. The same goes for GTX 1660.

That's very surprising. I thought they used single 6 pin. What about 570 and 580?

That's what I don't really understand either. My buddy's got a PSU, with only a 6-pin, not a 6+2 pin.

Oh, wait, I hooked him up with a new 80Plus Gold PSU for his new build. Nevermind, I had forgotten. :(
