A one month ban is unacceptable. I am sorry that you do not agree with my opinion. I am also sorry that you conveniently translate this into me having an "attitude."

I have done nothing wrong or broke any rules. I just simply refuse to bow down and kiss your feet.

Please instruct me as to how I can get a refund for the subscription fee that I prepaid for. I paid for a year in advance.

You are not due a refund. You agreed to the TOS of the Subscriber service, and violated that.

In addition: this has nothing to do with moderator disagreeing with your opinion. This was posted in the trading ethic thread in FS/T:

Heh.... when you set the rules, you can set whats acceptable... btw, i think a friendly email would have gotten the point accross much better then creating a new user and complaining 😛

Unfortunately this is a reason why I would not subscribe. Why would I want to pay for a service that can be taken away from me from somebody who maybe doesn't agree with something I said.
